Great customer service

This is a follow up to my earlier one star review wherein I cited that the attachment I received did not fit the connector on the machine I had. While this observation is still accurate, Hismith customer service reached out to me and explained that the connector had been improved - and it is as it addresses the only complaint I had with the machine which was rotation. Hismith then sent me an adapter at no cost and assisted with another issue as well. The service was very timely and very professional. Great company to deal with.
