Shipping & Delivery
In order to express gratitude to our faithful customers’ support, we will give a free delivery for orders from the UK, EU and US at the moment. There is no customs duty if you are in the European Union, the UK or the United States.
If you are from Hawaii, Alaska, non-EU countries or other countries, we only offer international shipping for a fee. Shipping costs depending on the region will be displayed on the checkout page. You may incur additional import charges when the package arrives in your country
Delivery Time
Usually we process orders within one business day, sometimes only a few hours.
If you choose free shipping, it will take 4-7 business days to deliver.
If you choose expedited shipping, it will take 1-4 business days to deliver. We will try to choose the fastest shipping method.
Regarding international shipping, It may take more than 10 days to be delivered.
Order Tracking
The tracking number will be updated in our system. If you don't receive an update, it doesn't mean we didn't process your order. Please send an email to service@topsexbrand.com. And don't forget to add it to your whitelist.
We will choose the most suitable shipping method according to the location of the warehouse, your country and the properties of the goods
UK: Royal Mail/Hermes/DPD; USA: UPS/DHL/USPS; EU: DHL; other countries: DHL/EMS. There are many local courier companies in different countries. When 17TRACK doesn't recognize it, we'll let us know in an email what we've chosen
Delay
Due to uncontrollable objective factors, the arrival of goods may be delayed. When it happens, we will refund expedited shipping. Not applicable for international shipping.
Address
If you provide the address of APO or POBOX address, additional freight is required before deliver to you, please contact our customer service before placing an order.
For remote addresses, we will charge you a remote fee. The actual fee depends on the nature of the product, the weight of the package, your specific address and different carriers. We will explain in the email.

We understand that your privacy is on the utmost importance. Our extremely discreet packaging means you can shop in confidence. With totally plain packaging, the only person that knows what is in the package is you!
